BETBOOM TEAM placed 9th–12th at BLAST Slam VIII, its debut tournament with the updated roster. The team lost 1–2 to OG in the final round of the group stage.

In a video on Team Yandex’s YouTube channel, support Arman Malady said Save- should return to position four. Malady said BETBOOM TEAM played without ideas after the laning stage, and suggested signing a midlaner or waiting for gpK~.

Malady also said replacing the coach would be a good idea if the team was dissatisfied with its results from the previous year.
